Granger & oaks are probably best letting agent I have used over the years. They have been managing my properties for over 15 years, and I have a great working relationship with every member of their team. Very professional, efficient and well run letting agent. The office is run by Bali, who is by far one of the most proactive and knowledgeable letting professionals I have met. She’s very professional dealing with my tenants, and is invaluable member of the team at Granger & oaks. Highly recommend anyone looking for a letting agent to use this company, and in particular any issues and questions ask for Bali, who will always have the right answer for you. I can’t fault their service.
Granger & Oaks have looked after two of my apartments in the city for the last 5 years or so. I have to thank them and say what a great job they have done in looking after them and making sure that I have barely had a day without tenants in all that time. Issues have been dealt with quickly and sometimes above and beyond expectations. Thanks to everyone at Granger & Oaks - highly recommended.
Probably the best estate agents I’ve had. Their communication is spot on. Massive shout out to Bali, whilst I was purchasing the apartment I was renting Bali kept up the communication and was also chasing the solicitor for me whilst I was busy. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
G&O have been managing my properties for many years and I've been delighted with their service. Always responsive and I rarely have to get involved - which is exactly what I have needed with my busy schedule. They recently helped me with a sale through a turnkey service and it was a similar experience. Very professional, highly responsive and best of all, they provided the outcomes I needed in terms of an expedited sale of the property at the best possible sale price. Highly recommended.
I thorougly recommend Granger & Oaks, Jonathan and his team have managed my property for a number of years. They've always provided a wonderful service. They carry out regular inspections (the only agent I use that does!), which are invaluable and give peace of mind to a landlord. They're professional, efficient, reliable, with good communication. They deal with any repairs promptly using good tradesmen, and do their very best to keep both landlord and tenant happy. What more could one want!
Jonathan & his team have managed my rental property in Nottingham for approx 18 years. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best property management agents I have encountered during my 20 years as a landlord. They are efficient, professional, proactive and friendly; I recommend Granger & Oaks unreservedly and without hesitation. More recently they have also acted as sales agents for me and, again, they provided an excellent, efficient service. Granger and Oaks looked after our rental property faultlessly over fourteen years and recently helped us to sell it. We are so grateful for the efficiency with which they dealt with everything and for the friendliness of all the staff with whom we came into contact. We have rented a property managed by Granger & Oaks for the past 3 years and I have to say, we've been impressed. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even with 'non-urgent' repairs, we aren't kept waiting long for G&O to get in touch with the details of a contactor (or at least an update). We had a major issue recently with an incompetent gas engineer, but G&O (Bali) dealt with it urgently and everything was resolved as soon as it could've been. We'd like to give a special mention to Bali, in particular, who is excellent: bright, efficient, and personable. We will reserve full judgement for when we move out, as we can't comment on how issues such as the deposit etc will be dealt with (and have had some awful experiences with seemingly competent letting agents when it comes to the end of the tenancy). In summary: so far, so good - we can't fault G&O at this stage, and we would recommend them; probably the best letting agent we've dealt with.
G&O have managed my property rental for 16 years. I have never considered changing management provision because the service continues to be outstanding. Helpful when I've needed advice, efficient with routine duties, quick to arrange lettings and repairs. An unusually high level of service.
Contacted Granger and Oaks to report a problem with the boiler at 9:00am. Plumber arrived before 11:00 sorted it out. Could not ask for better service. Thanks to all concerned
G&O Nottingham team Thank you. We rented flat more than 5 years ago through the agency. We had yearly reviews of the contract, checks of the flats, support if any repair need to done, ... I can call it all inclusive without further money cost! Definitely agency to rent through!!

We recently purchased a property through granger and oaks as first time buyers . All I can say is they were nothing less than amazing. They helped speed everything up and reassured me and my partner whenever we were on edge. From the point of offer to getting keys it only took 6 and a half weeks and this is thanks to granger and oaks helping. I highly recommend them and their service is nothing less than perfect. Jonathan and Bali we can’t thank you both enough and express our gratitude for helping us give our children their forever home and a place to run crazy!
